“99X – THE SWORD” is the name of the first book/zine by YBDPT STUDIO, Hamburg Germany. The work of the based artists combine a confusion of stock photography, photos of objects remake by the artists, clean typography and specification of animals. The theme and motivation was the collaboration of the 999 Feral Collection between New Balance and key retailers Mita sneakers( Japan ) and Leftfoot ( Singapore ), which is now available in selected boutiques around Europe.

The project shows you their interpretation of the important elements concerning the work behind the shoes. It´s a 20 page newsprint book/zine included a hard cover boxing recently published by YBDPT and is limited by a edition of 12 copies. Six books are coming out in black, and the other six in color. The first 12th customers will get them for free, as a simple token of gratitude.
