Two months have already gone by since the start of the New Balance Shoe Creator Contest: Enough time for us to put a real competent jury together that will decide upon which designs are worthy of a one on one production.

And here’s a lil reminder for those who might forget what this is all about: New Balance is giving all sneaker-fans the opportunity to design its own sneaker. Thanks to the new “Shoe Desingner” – that you find on this blog as well as on the frontlineshop website www.frontlineshop.com/newbalance – you can pick among a wide range of colours and design each detail of your own 1500 – just as you like it.

All created designs will undergo an official voting: the 50 drafts with the most votes will get into the big finale. The jury will sit down together in mid January and pick amongst those 50 the best three designs that will be produced one on one.

The video of the big finale including the announcement of the winners will be posted on www.newbalancelive.com.

But this is not it! Furthermore will the Shoe Designer Jury pick three designs out of all Designs and reward them with one pair of New Balance sneakers each that you can choose among the entire range!

Noch mal zur Erinnerung: Ihr habt bis zum 31.12. auf www.frontlineshop.com/newbalance oder www.newbalancelive.com/schuhdesigner die Möglichkeit, euren eigenen Traum-Sneaker zu designen und Eure Stimme abzugeben. Aus den 50 Designs mit den meisten Stimmen werden Mitte Januar in Berlin die drei freshesten Designs von der Jury ausgewählt und einmalig für die Gewinner produziert. Das Video der Jury-Sitzung inklusiver Benachrichtigung der Gewinner wird auf www.newbalancelive.com gepostet.

Darüber hinaus wird die Shoe Designer Jury einmal im Monat drei Sneakers aus allen Designs auswählen – die Gewinner dürfen sich dann einen New Balance-Schuh aus dem gesamten regulären Sortiment aussuchen.
