Beauty & Youth from Japan collaborated with New Balance on a collection of 1700 models.  Made of leather and suede, these 3 sneakers combine elegance and the sportive look of a New Balance running sneaker from the 20th century. The big sneaker and fashion blogs already reported about this collaboration.

One of Japan’s on top large-scale retailers, Beauty & Youth has created a collection of New Balance 1700 models, a shoe originally conceived back in 1999. The shoe marks B&Y’s 20th anniversary and comes in two suede versions and a leather version. Aesthetically, no surprises here as the collection is a pretty accurate representation of the brands and designs of Beauty & Youth’s brand list and in-house brand. New Balance has slowly but surely been making in-roads on a greater level as it has made its way onto the feet of both Pharrell and Kanye West within the last few months.
