‘Reconstruct’ by Rogier de Boevé is a project that contains a series of portraits constructed by using fragments of images mostly landscapes. The Belgian artists is taking those parts out of there content and tries to reconstruct them into new content. The world’s first fair for urban art Stroke goes into the third round and will open its doors in Berlin, Germany.
